- -Coffee and tea were available for patients in the waiting area if requested. Coffee machine and kettle were stored and used in a separate locked room, beside the gift shop. Single use disposable cups were available. There was no sink available in the room where the coffee was made. You must have access to a sink to wash and sanitize the coffee machine and kettle when needed.Come up with a plan for which sink you plan to use for this purpose or discontinue coffee and tea service for patients if this is not feasible.
