      • Pizza prep cooler was at 9C. Please ensure only small amount of foods that can be served within 2 hours are stored in this cooler until the unit is serviced and maintains temperature 0-4C.

      • Walk-in freezer broke down - service person was onsite working on fixing the issue. Foods inside the freezer were still frozen. If needed, operator can use other freezers to keep foods frozen.
