- As informed by the operator, dishes were submerged in QUAT sanitizer for 10 seconds. QUAT sanitizer label instructions require that dishes be submerged for minimum 60 seconds in sanitizing solution in order to achieve proper sanitization of the dishes. This was corrected immediately.
