      • There was a water leak above the coffee cups dispenser observed - cups removed immediately and this dispenser will not be used until the leak issues is rectified.Light fixtures in the back kitchen area were missing protective covers - please install the covers. Note: LED lights in the front of the kitchen do not require additional covers.

      • Plastic lids for chili bowls left under paper towel dispenser and were subject to cross contamination - corrected immediately.

      • Chili reheated in steam table - temperature was 36C; This is not acceptable as foods have to be reheated fast to at least 74Cand then placed in steam table at 60C or higher.This was corrected immediately - chili reheated properly inside the oven; oven will be used for reheating going forward.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Manual dishwashing - sanitizing sink overfilled with dishes - dishes not properly submerged in sanitizing solution - corrected immediately.
