      • *** Reusable metal drill bits were visibly dirty with nail dust and were kept at manicure stations. Corrective Actions:- Ensure all reusable semi-critical equipment is taken to the reprocessing area, to be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed, and dried, then disinfected with a high level disinfectant according to the manufacturer's instructions for use.

      • *** Preempt CS20 bottle used to fill the immersion container was not available. There was an expired bottle of Preempt CS20 (expired since May 28, 2025).Corrective Action:- Ensure a new disinfectant is acquired.

      • General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory, however the immediate area where the client service is provided in the waxing room was not visibly clean. *** Personal items such as water flosser, toothbrush, toothpaste, dirty food processor, printer, kettle, food, and drinks were stored on the countertop around the handwashing sink in the waxing room.Corrective Actions:- Remove all personal, incompatible items from the waxing room. The client service area must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
