      • A new sanitizer solution was not prepared. Sanitizer bottle was broken and could not be used. Staff did not sanitize surfaces prior to starting food handling.
    • 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
      • Staff did not wash hands prior to starting work.Please ensure staff are wearing appropriate attire in the kitchen. Furry coats should not be worn while handling food.

      • Food packaging and napkins were being stored where they were being contaminated by rodent droppings. Discarded.

      • Front hand sink did not have soap or paper towels. Back handsink was obstructed with dishes and equipment and did not have paper towel.
