      • -The jade stoned used in eyelash extensions was visibly unclean. Please clean ad disinfect prior to use.
    • 31. Are sinks accessible and used appropriately for the personal services provided?
      • -A mobile sink was being used to reprocess semi-critical equipment; this is not allowed. Furthermore, there was no countertop available in the reprocessing area. Ensure a designated sink that is plumbed in, is used to reprocess re-useable equipment. In addition, counterspace is needed.
