- There was no time-monitoring device at the sauna room. Please obtain a time-monitoring device.

- The shower had several deficiencies: 1. The shower had a water temperature of 23°C (not adjustable). Please adjust the water temperature so it is maintained between 35-45°C. 2. The shower also did not have soap. Please ensure that the shower is equipped with soap in a suitable dispenser.3. The shower water volume was not adequate. Please adjust the water volume.

- 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
- **Ongoing Concern** Both washrooms in the pool deck had visible mould located on the walls, curtains, and flooring of the shower area.The lower walls in close proximity to the shower appeared to be soft, suggesting that the drywall has moisture which can support mould growth.The ventilation fan appears to be tied into the opening and closing of the bathroom door, which is trapping humidity and greatly contributing to the growth of mould.REQUIREMENT: Several actions must be taken:- Remove all visible mould from the bathrooms.- Remove and replace all caulking, drywall which has been water damaged or is mouldy. Repairs must ensure that the treated area is impervious to moisture.Long-term plans need to be developed to reduce the humidity/moisture, which may include renovating the ventilation system so that it is a continuous flow. The concerns noted in the violation may become more critical as time goes on; it is strongly suggested to take corrective actions immediately.
