      • The kitchen entrance is not restricted to keep the children away from accessing the kitchen area.
    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) A shelf in the preschool room (ladybug) is shaky.Make sure it is secured.2) OSC room: electrical plugs do not have plug covers.Make sure the plugs are covered for children safety.
    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • -The handwashing sink was not easily accessible after diapering.-The operator was asked to use the sink in the washroom as a handwashing sink due to its accessibility to the diapering station and to minimize any chances of contamination when the sink is used for other purposes.-The other sink outside the washroom could be used for other purposes.
    • 10. Is a properly supplied first aid kit provided and readily available?
      • The first aid kit was not easily accessible and needs new supplies. Most of the supplies were expired.

      • The crib mattress was thicker than 6 inches. Make sure that the mattress is replaced.
