- -In the Carebears Room, the fridge was measured at 10 degrees C. Temperature was taken during lunch time and fridge was likely open and closed frequently. High risk foods, such as milk and yogurt were moved to the kitchen fridge. Monitor the cooler and ensure that it is able to maintain food at a temperature of 4 degrees C or less. Do not use this fridge if it is unable to do this as it will allow for rapid growth of germs.
