- Raw meat was being stored on shelves above ready-to-eat items such as noodles. Meat was moved at the request of the PHI. Kindly ensure all raw meat is stored on the bottom shelves to reduce risk of contamination.

- Dishwasher was unable to achieve a minimum sanitizing temperature of 72 degrees Celsius at the plate, despite being ran 4 times.
