      • Test strips observed expired/unavailable:- chlorine test strips (expired April 2021) and iodine test strips (not available).Please replace.

      • Ice machine observed requiring a deep clean in the interior (by ice chute). Please empty ice; removable parts can be removed and wash/sanitized in the mechanical dishmachine or three-compartment sink. Unremovable parts should be cleaned using the clean in place method (wash, rinse, sanitize, air dry in place).
