      • Cleaning cloths were observed on the counters and food prep areas. Please ensure cleaning cloths are present in the sanitizer solutions at all times to prevent growth of pathogenic bacteria.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • - Boxes with food were stored on the ground in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer. - Please ensure food boxes are stored 6 inches (15 cm) from the ground.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • The back door of the facility had sunlight comes from the left side of the door.Please repair/replace the weatherstripping of the back door to prevent potential entry of pest.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • - Scoops were observed stored inside the rice, cornstarch, Panko containers. Corrective action: The scoops were removed from the containers. Note: Please ensure that scoops are either stored outside the container or in a manner that the handle does not come in contact with food.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was accumulation of dust and debris on the counter over the grill. Please ensure indicated area are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.
