      • QUAT test strips used were damaged and no longer accurate. - Please replace the test strips to adequately test the concentration of sanitizers.

      • There was popcorn debris on the floors and ceiling of the trailer. - Please clean the trailer, remove all food debris.

      • Noted there was no hot water at the 2 comp sinks, or hand washing sink. Corrected during the inspection by the operator. Please make sure hot water is always available at the dishwashing and hand washing sink.

      • 6/5. The grey water tank was smaller than the potable water tank. The grey water tank must be 10% larger than the potable water tank. Replace tank.
