      • Sticky rice cooked at operator's home kitchen was observed for sale at the facility. The cooked rice in leaf wraps were kept at room temperature for sale. The operator removed the food items from sale during inspection.Please not that all food preparations must be done at an approved facility and food items that require refrigeration must be kept in the cooler.
