Please repair or replace.** Toddler room - layered dust was observed on the top of the fridge and top of the microwave shelf. Cleaning required.** Infant and OSC rooms - plastic bag covering small chairs. which is difficult to properly clean and sanitize. Please provide a washable cover for these areas.

      • ** Infant room - rocking chair could be a potential pinch or crush hazard, please remove from use.** Infant room - fridge temperature was too warm, monitored at 8C. Please ensure temperature is capable of maintaining ** Kinder room - fridge temperature was too warm, monitored at 6C.

      • Preschool room - a ceiling tile in the room appeared water stained. Please verify that there are no active leaks and replace the ceiling tile.> Leak was repaired and ceiling tile replaced, however, a new water stain was observed on the tile. June 19 2024

      • The handrail in the stairwell to the entrance was pulled out of the wall on one end. Repair required.

      • Preschool room - a ceiling tile in the room appeared water stained. Please verify that there are no active leaks and replace the ceiling tile.

      • Baby Room - Toys and bottles were being washed in the hand sink used for diapering. Please ensure that the hand sink for diapering is dedicated to diapering only.
    • 24. Are sleeping supplies and areas sufficient to ensure client safety and comfort (Non-Critical)?
      • Preschool room - children's bedding was observed to be touching each other. Please ensure there is adequate separation between bedding.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
