- *Preempt RTU surface disinfectant in the ROOM 3 was expired. *Beautisan disinfectant was expired in March 2024. Please make sure new high level disinfectant solution with valid expiry date is available onsite.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- There were 3-4 packages of beauty products were expired or will be expired on May 31. Operator stated they do pull off the expired products from the shelves and returned to the warehouse/ supplier.
