- *Sanitizer spray bottles were observed hanging from the corner/edge of the food preparation sink while food items were present in the sink. Corrected during the inspection. Please store all chemicals away from food preparation areas and ensure chemicals are not placed on or over food contact surfaces during food preparation.

- * Some of the utensils in the bulk supply containers were not handle scoops or not properly kept in the containers.* Some of the utensils in the prep cooler compartments were disposable scoops. Please make sure proper/ cleanable and sanitizable, durable scoops are used as utensils.

- * One of the sanitizer bottles had different solution than label on the bottle. Corrected by the operator during the inspection. Discarded by the operator. - *There was no paper towel in the dispenser at the hand-washing station in the kitchen. Please ensure all handwashing stations are continuously stocked.

- *Some of the benches and chairs surface materials were damaged/ not in good repair. Please repair or replace all damaged benches and chairs to ensure they are smooth, non-absorbent, easily cleanable, and in good repair.

- *There was hole on the wall beside the shelf in the utensil storage area. Please make sure it is properly covered.* Some part of the caulking at the dishwashing sink was not in good repair, mildew started to grow.

- Dishwasher Sani cycle was not working during the inspection. It was not getting any sanitizer during the cycles. Corrected during the inspection. Sanitizer concentration was measured at 100ppm bleach after the Sani cycle was primed. Please make sure dishwasher sanitizer concentration is measured daily.

- 1. Gaps observed under back door near keg fridge. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please repair or replace weather strip to prevent entry of pests into facility.

- Food handling permit was not displayed for the public view. Operator requested new copy of the FHP.

- *Ceiling above the prep station was not in good repair. Paint was separating/chipping of the surface. Operator stated there was ongoing water leak issue from the building above. Please investigate the source of the leak and repair the surface/ceiling.There was no active leak from the ceiling during the inspection.

Please investigate the source of the leak and repair the surface/ceiling. *There was leak under dishwashing sink from a small plumbing fixture.Please repair it.

- 1. Flooring under pizza oven and deep fry equipment in disrepair allowing for collection of food debris and grease. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Replace flooring in area mentioned above to make cleaning easier and prevent the attraction pests.

- Food container used to store bread croutons was broken. Please replace the container. Please make sure any container used to store food is in good repair.

- Cleaning is required for the following areas;*Dust built up on some of the light covers by the cook station*Grease built up on the floor beside the grill area. *Cleaning is required behind the grill area and deep fryer.* Top surface of the deep fryers built up grease, please clean them.* Grease built up on exhaust canopy filters above the grill and some part of the deep fryer. *Aluminum foils use for surface for the storage of the cooking equipment were not in good repair or in clean condition anymore. Please replace them.
