  - The 2-compartment sink was leaking.The caulking along the sink was showing signs of mold growth and disrepair.

  - The seal along the cooler door was damaged and being maintained with duct tape. **Part on order.

  - There was no sanitizer available at the time of inspection. A surface disinfectant was available and sani buckets were filled with soap and water. The staff member indicated the bleach had run out and more was being purchased. Discussed requirements for sanitizer.
