- Written procedures were completed during the inspection.Reprocessing sink will not be used for hand hygiene therefore written procedures for sink decontamination is not required.

- Paper towel was provided at the washroom sink.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- Barbicide canisters were not fully filled. Discussed proper protocols.
