- A spray bottle containing blue liquid (in the front serving area) was unlabeled. Ensure that all chemicals are clearly labeled to identify contents.

- Gravy, soups and hollandaise sauce was stored between 32C and 47C (internal temperature) in the hot holding unit. Staff directed to reheat the sauces to 74C and then store at 60C or above.
