When asked about the process for using the DrySan Cleaner and Sanitizer, the food handler stated that they spray the product on surfaces and let it to sit for a few minutes before wiping to clean but were not spraying again to sanitize. Informed the food handler that after cleaning, the product must be sprayed on surfaces again and left for at least 60 seconds for adequate sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
