      • Infant room: Diaper mat was ripped on corners.Please replace diaper change mat and ensure safety strap is available.Preschool washroom: Ensure disinfectant (Bleach) is available at the diapering station (was stored in between classrooms on cubbies)

      • Infant room: Yellow rocking toy had fabric only, and could not be easily cleaned or disinfected.Please remove item or ensure can be cleaned (with steam cleaner or similar) on a weekly basis and when soiled.

      • Infant room:1 crib did not have a mattress that was impervious to moisture. Ensure the crib mattresses are tight fighting, able to be easily cleaned and impervious to moisture.Sleeping mats are stored in preschool washroom with garbage bags over mats. Ensure the mats are covered at all times when stored in the washroom (garbage bag was falling off)

      • Doorknob was missing inside the Preschool washroom, and the door could not be open from inside. Provide a proper doorknob.

      • Sleeping mats were stored in the Preschool washroom. If mats are stored in the washroom, ensure that they are adequately protected against contamination.

      • 1. Ceiling tiles were wet and warped in OSC and Preschool rooms. Investigate and remove the source of water-infiltration and replace the affected tiles.2. Stall partitions were rusted, and paint was peeling in the OSC washroom. Please repair.3. Wall was damaged, and tiles missing on the wall near the hand dryer in the OSC room.

      • Doorknob was missing inside the Preschool washroom, and the door could not be open from inside. Provide a proper doorknob.

      • No soap was provided in the Preschool washroom (soap dispensers were empty).
    • 16. Does the social care facility have adequate lighting?
      • 2 light fixtures were not operational in Toddler room. Please repair or replace.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature was 51.1C in the OSC washroom. Please ensure that hot water temperature is 49C or lower.

      • One crib was unlabeled in the Baby room. It was addressed during the inspection.

      • No toilet paper dispensers were provided in the OSC washroom and Preschool washroom (toilet paper rolls were stored on the toilet tanks).
