- There was no soap provided at the bar/bistro hand wash sink.-Please install soap in a dispenser at the bar/bistro hand wash sink.

- There was some food debris build up in the following areas:Main kitchen:a) on the floor in hard-to-reach areas under and around equipment, particularly the dishwashing area.b) on the outside of the dry storage bins.c) on the plastic transport carts.d) in corners under racks in the dry storage room.e) in the bottom of the plastic bins used to store lids and other items.2nd floor Riverwalk Club: a) in the cupboard under the sink.3rd, 4th & 5th floor serving kitchens: a) in some of the cupboards.-Please clean the noted areas.

- Bowl was stored in the storage bin. The high touch surface was in direct contact with the bulk food ingredients. Please use scoop with a handle to prevent contamination.
