      • Several cooked and raw items were out at room temperature such as mashed potatoes, stuff peppers, raw bacon, etc. all measuring around 23C. Staff were doing other tasks. Ensure high risks foods are placed in the cooler if working on other tasks to prevent temperature abuse.

      • No soap or paper towel at line hand sink. Ensure all hand sinks are equipped with supplies.

      • Many fruit flies observed along the bar.- Get pest control management for the bar to reduce the fruit fly activity and ensure cleaning of drips or spills are done in hard to reach areas.
