      • Discussed the two-sink method with operator. As reviewed, dishes should be washed and rinsed in one basin and sanitized/submerged in the other basin for at least 2 minutes. Please use test strips to verify that the bleach sanitizer concentration is at 100 ppm.As per calculations done on site, if the basin is about 60 L, 1/2 cup of concentrated non-scented bleach should make 100 ppm. Please adjust accordingly to ensure solution measures 100 ppm with test strip.
