    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • A food contact/prep surfaces sanitizer was not available during the time of inspection. Please ensure a food grade sanitizer and respective test strips are available for cleaning, sanitizing food contact surfaces during the inspection; and test strips for verifying the strength of the sanitizer.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Several spray bottles that have contents in them observed not labeled. Please ensure spray bottles are labeled correctly with the name of contents.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • Mechanical dishmachine measured 68C and then 70.6C after running it again. Please ensure mechanical dishmachine can consistently reach sanitizing temperature of 71C at dish level.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Exhaust hood observed overdue for inspection/maintenance in August 2025. Please ensure system is maintained.
