      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher had 10ppm chlorine residual at time of inspection. Sanitizer container was empty.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff replaced sanitizer with a new container. After priming, 50ppm chlorine residual was available.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Stir sticks, blender wand and ice cream paddle were stored in still water at the time of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff moved these items into the dipper well. Storing under cold running water prevents bacterial growth on these items when not in use.
      • OR, store in ice water - replace once ice melts.

      • Have a pest control service to identify any potential entry points - seal immediately. Forward the most recent pest control report to EHO for review.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer concentrate for the low temperature dishwasher was empty at the time of inspection. Operator was aware of the issue and had not washed dishware in the machine yet.
      • Corrective Action(s): Discussed using the 3 compartment sink for warewashing. Owner will be dropping off new sanitizer solution shortly
