      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Less than 50ppm chlorine detected from the low temperature dishwasher at the start of inspection.
      • Corrective Action(s): Operator changed the sanitizer bucket for a new one. Dishwasher now has 50ppm chlorine residual for sanitizing.
      • Any dish ware or equipment that were put through the dishwasher prior to the time of inspection have not been adequately sanitized and must be sanitized again.

      • Observation: Rodent (mice and rat) droppings observed in the dry storage area. Same areas as previous routine inspection: under the mop sink, and under/around the metal wire shelving rack against the far wall.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings. Clean the floor in this area with a strong bleach solution. Inspect traps for activity.
      • Ensure all food items are stored above the floor, sealed if opened or kept in a pest proof container.

      • Observation: Spray bottles on site do not have labels to identify its contents. Two identical looking spray bottles contain different chemicals (one bleach solution, one all purpose cleaner).
      • Corrective Action(s): All spray bottles and chemicals used on site must be properly labelled. This is to prevent accidental mixing of chemicals that may cause toxic reactions. Spray bottles that were previously used for one chemical must not be used for any other chemicals.
