      • No recent history of water sampling. The last bacteriological water sample was obtained in July 2019 when home was purchased, and revealed TC 9 cfu/100 mL, E.coli nil. PHI collected chemical and bacteriological water samples. Facility must receive 2 consecutive satisfactory bacteriological water samples to obtain approval.
