- Ensure dishes are sanitized in approved sanitizing solution such as 100 ppm chlorine after washing.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Handwash sink did not have paper towel available at beginning of inspection. Operator placed paper towel by sink. Ensure paper towel is placed into dispenser and is available at all times.
