      • Observation(s): Front door and back door exits have sizeable gaps that could allow for potential pest entry. Ensure these potential points of entry are sealed.

      • Observation(s): QUATs no rinse spray at 400 ppm used to spray down . Diluted and tested at 200 ppm. This was corrected during inspection.
