      • Protruding hooks observed at the back of one of the classroom cabinets/shelves.-Please remove the indicate hooks or keep out of reach of children to prevent potential injury.

      • First aid kit observed with expired antiseptic wipes and missing emergency blankets.-Please provide the required items in the classroom's kit.

      • 1. Table with damaged surface with exposed wood was observed in the facility's classroom.-Please repair or remove the indicated table to ensure good repair.2. Dirty and disorganized countertop and sink cabinets were observed at the back of the classroom.-Please clean and organize the indicated areas t ensure sanitary condition.

      • Cane rattan toy backets which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, were observed in the classroom.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, non-absorbent and easy-to-clean containers.
