      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Yogurt cups, cut fruit cups, cheese, hummus observed stored in a cooler with ambient temperature of 13-14C.

      • All potentially hazardous food placed in cooler either yesterday or this morning at 9am (inspection in the afternoon at 2pm).
      • This cooler is missed in the temperature log.
