  - Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Yogurt cups, cut fruit cups, cheese, hummus observed stored in a cooler with ambient temperature of 13-14C.
  - Yogurt cup probed at 8.5C.
  - All potentially hazardous food placed in cooler either yesterday or this morning at 9am (inspection in the afternoon at 2pm).
  - This cooler is missed in the temperature log.
  - Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods removed from cooler and discarded.
  - Please only store non-potentially hazardous food items in this fridge until it has been serviced and can hold 4C and below.
  - Violation Score: 5

  - Observation: Rodent droppings and food debris observed in the back prep room with the two freezers underneath the shelving.
  - Corrective Action(s): Please ensure shelving is pulled out and that area deep cleaned.
