- Yogurt cup probed at 8.5C.
- All potentially hazardous food placed in cooler either yesterday or this morning at 9am (inspection in the afternoon at 2pm).
- This cooler is missed in the temperature log.
- Corrective Action(s): All potentially hazardous foods removed from cooler and discarded.
- Please only store non-potentially hazardous food items in this fridge until it has been serviced and can hold 4C and below.
