      • Observation: The grocery orders are stored in the Meat walk-in cooler. Some of the bins are stored directly on the floor. The bins are too close to the bins used to store raw meats/poultry.
      • Corrective Action(s): Store grocery bins at least 15cm off the floor. Separate the bins from raw meats better.

      • Observation: There's a BBQ Grill stored beside the seafood display case.
      • Corrective Action(s): You do not have a permit to prepare cooked foods in the Seafood/Meat dept. so ensure that this is not being done. Assistant Mgr mentioned that they use the BBQ for off-site Temp. events, and for staff parties only.
