- Observation: The grocery orders are stored in the Meat walk-in cooler. Some of the bins are stored directly on the floor. The bins are too close to the bins used to store raw meats/poultry.
- Corrective Action(s): Store grocery bins at least 15cm off the floor. Separate the bins from raw meats better.
