- 2. High touch surfaces (cooler handles/prep surfaces) observed to be sticky and covered with flour and other grime.
- 3. Kitchen dusty with flour, observed on shelving and stored items.
- Corrective Action(s): Please ensure kitchen is deep cleaned daily and ensure flour accumulation is kept to a minimum.
- Please ensure high touch surfaces are wiped down thoroughout the daily and not only done at the end of shift.
