      • Observation: 1) Dirty knives were being stored in the knife rack. It's apparent that knives are not being properly washed and sanitized after use.
      • 2) Coffee grinder in the bulk dispensing area had coffee grinds all over it.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure that the knives are washed after use and only clean knives are stored in the knife rack.
      • 2) Clean the coffee grinder more frequently.

      • Observation: There is minimal water pressure at the handsink in the Fruit/produce cutting room. The paper towel dispenser was empty. Access to the handsink was blocked because of items being stored directly in front of it.
      • Corrective Action(s): Refill paper towel dispenser and fix water pressure at this handsink. Do not block access to the sink.

      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Keep paper towels inside the dispenser at the hand sink
      • 2) Increase the water pressure at the hand sink
