      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the hand sinks was blocked by a cart and garbage bin.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure that all the handsinks are always accessible for hand washing.

      • Observation: 1) Opened bags of some dry goods are being stored directly in the rolling bins. Some of the bins have the sugar/flour spilled inside the bin.
      • 2) The exhaust hoods were serviced in Dec. 2017 and the posted sticker indicates that the next servicing date is June, 2018. But the hoods were not serviced in June.
      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Ensure that the bins are being cleaned regularly.
      • 2) Look into when the hood was serviced last and whether you require twice a year servicing as discussed. If you do, then get the hoods serviced.

      • Observation: There's some ice build-up on the top edge of the upright ICR freezer.
