      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Raw chicken station with flour, breading and water containing was found with raw chicken juice and pieces of raw chicken measured at 22°C. Staff indicated that raw chicken is breaded and dumped into water then re-breaded. The water does not get changed at a scheduled time. It gets changed when they are busy and have used it for a while.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure potential hazardous foods (ie. water, flour at the breading stations) are handled safely to prevent contamination and cross-contamination. Update the Food Safety Plan.
