- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The cut vegetables inside the front residential compact cooler were measured at 6°C. The operator stated that vegetables were cut in the morning and put in the cooler.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all perishable foods are stored at 4°C or lower. Monitor temperatures.
- Recommended to prepare and portion for 4 hours of with vegetables and discard if unused and stored above 4°C (ie. danger zone). Time as public health measure.
