- Mouse droppings noted in some hard to reach areas of department - under wooden shelving unit between milk crate slats and in the corner behind the standing white cooler.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all droppings are cleaned and areas monitored for "new" pest activity.
- Overall significant improvement in cleaning noted throughout department with the exceptions noted above.

- Corrective Action(s): Pest control service noted as semi-monthly however more frequent during increased activity - reviewed last 2 PC reports Jan 28 and Feb 2, 2022.
- Some sanitation recommendations noted on both reports - nothing specifically identifying the Bakery department. Ensure PC focus on activity areas.
- Clean all droppings and monitor high activity areas - report these areas to PC.
