      • >> back corner of the dishwasher

      • 1. Remove the dead mouse.
      • 2. Remove the droppings and disinfect the affected areas with bleach.

      • Observation: Required cleaning:
      • Mouse droppings noted in some hard to reach areas of department - under wooden shelving unit between milk crate slats and in the corner behind the standing white cooler.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all droppings are cleaned and areas monitored for "new" pest activity.
      • Overall significant improvement in cleaning noted throughout department with the exceptions noted above.

      • Corrective Action(s): Pest control service noted as semi-monthly however more frequent during increased activity - reviewed last 2 PC reports Jan 28 and Feb 2, 2022.
      • Some sanitation recommendations noted on both reports - nothing specifically identifying the Bakery department. Ensure PC focus on activity areas.
      • Clean all droppings and monitor high activity areas - report these areas to PC.

      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure pooling of water is cleaned up & seal the tiles.

      • -flooring in the dessert preparation area of the front
      • -underneath the shelving and countertops in the front prep area
