      • 1. Quats dispenser at the 3-compartment sink was not dispensing QUATS solution.
      • 2. Vinegar solution was being used to sanitize food contact surfaces and a meat slicer.

      • 1. Staff purchased bleach at the time of inspection and made 100 ppm chlorine solution (1/2 capful of bleach per litre of water).
      • - Fix the QUATS dispenser, so that it should dispense 200 ppm QUATS.
      • 2. Do not use vinegar solution to sanitize any food contract surfaces as it is not an approved sanitizer and it is not effective against harmful pathogens.
