      • Corrective Action(s): Operator must install new shelving to keep clutter and equipment off of the ground. Area must also be powerwashed on a more frequent basis. Coordinate with property management company to powerwash the area on a routine basis. Eliminate the pest infestation

      • Corrective Action(s): Clean the produce conditioning area sinks and stock them with proper sink plugs
