- Observation: Several live rats observed in the trash compactor area chain link cage area.
- Rodent droppings noted along walls and throughout the trash compactor and downstairs receiving area.
- Corrective Action(s): Operator must install new shelving to keep clutter and equipment off of the ground. Area must also be powerwashed on a more frequent basis. Coordinate with property management company to powerwash the area on a routine basis. Eliminate the pest infestation

- Corrective Action(s): Clean the produce conditioning area sinks and stock them with proper sink plugs

- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the above noted issues are addressed immediately. Sinks must be equipped with sink plugs for appropriate manual warewashing procedures.
