      • Corrective Action(s): The sanitizer dispenser is good. Staff refreshed sanitizer once insturcted. Please refresh more frrequently

      • Corrective Action(s): -Operator voulntarily discarded all sliced fruits and vegetables that have been packaged for more than 4 hours ago.
      • -Please ensure all perishable foods are held at 4°C or below.
