      • Ensure small storage room is clean and organized. Store mop and mop buckets in this room. Mop buckets are to be emptied after use,washed and stored emptied.
      • Set fly catch in different spots to reduce fly activity. Ensure fly catches are not directly above food.
      • Ensure mop sink is clean and drains including floor drains are covered when not in use.
