- The fire supression system was stated to have a potential leak. All nozzles were covered with towels and taped shut. The operator stated that fire inspection said the fire extinguisher located in the back kitchen is sufficient until the suppression system is repaired. The fire suppression system has been scheduled for repair on February 26.

- Dirt and grime build up was observed on the can opener. The can opener was cleaned and sanitized upon request.
