- Quats sanitizer spray bottles in deli area measured 0ppm. These were replaced during the inspection and retested at 200ppm. Ensure quats sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm.

- 1. Tap at hand sink in meat department was leaking. 2. Dishwasher in deli had minor leak when cycle began. Manager was aware of both and had already contacted plumber. Ensure leaks are repaired.
