- Sidewalk salt was stored on shelf beside takeout cups and cans of coconut milk. Reorganize to ensure food products, including take out containers, are stored separately from chemicals and non-food related items.

- Hot water at two compartment sink had been turned off at the valve beneath sink due to leak. Repair, so that hot water is available.
