      • There was no thermometer in fridge where childcare program was storing snacks. Please ensure fridge is equipped with thermometer to monitor temperature.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Program did not have food handling permit and were not aware that permit was required since fieldhouse kitchen has its own permit. Program is required to have its own food handling permit.
