      • Paper towel dispenser was jammed. Was not able to access paper towels.
      • Meat department manager fixed the paper towel dispenser at the time of the inspection. (corrected during inspection). Ensure handwashing stations are fully equipped with accessible hot/old potable water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Comments Routine inspection conducted today for the meat department. - All coolers measured less than or equal to 4°C. All freezers measured less than or equal to -18°C. - Temperature logs were up to date. - Three-compartment sink available for warewashing. QUATs surface and 3-compartment sink sanitizer measured 200ppm. Test strips available at the meat department. - No signs of pest activity. - Overall, meat department is clean and well-maintained.
